Do that through your senses (Oooh, these flowers smell amazing) or your emotions (traffic makes me angry). Notice the elements of nature at play with one another no matter where you find yourself. Feel the elements in relationship with one another inside your body. Find your voice and express your unique human expression.
Allow all these pathways to help you to squeeze every sweet drop of life out of your days.
Then, make time to sit and let those sensations and experiences flow around you, through you, away from you - let them go wherever they may and know there will always be more. Know that you don't have to hold on to any of it. The river keeps flowing. The flowers still smell beautiful. Maybe your anger is turning to sadness and then calm, but you are beyond all that. You are Being. Just let it Be.
Being rather than Doing doesn't mean you are missing out on anything. There will always be more. You, yourself are a wellspring of these gifts and experiences. The world exists in and all around you. You are a very important part of it all. So sit and enjoy the gift of this moment. Be.
