Our world is fast, busy and LOUD. When we are afraid, our hearing goes into hyper alert mode. Noise and danger are linked in our minds. Sometimes noise makes us believe we are in danger when we are not. Let your ears communicate with your heart so you know when to run, when to stand your ground and when to feel peace.
Your body isn't meant to be afraid for long periods of time. Create safe spaces in your home and in your day to be quiet. Let those quiet moments heal you. Rest in the quiet of your heart.
And know that anytime you feel fear, you can draw on stores of courage in those very same moments. You are courageous! It's the truth. Courage isn't the absence of fear. When you are afraid, yet you choose to focus on the strength to move through fear, then you are being courageous.
Courage brings us to the point where we break through fear and burst into our joy.
We all have wonderful gifts to share with the world. Wonder what yours are?

Without fear, I feel .
Take whatever that blank is, and use all your courage to work through your fear. You are stacked with courage. You just have to see your fear and know what's beyond it.
